What I Offer

My goal is to support you in navigating your mental health, unpacking systemic forces, and deepening your authenticity as a therapist. Together, we can co-create a path toward greater freedom, resilience, and compassion—for yourself and for the communities you serve. What you can expect of me includes:

  • An Intersectional Lens
Your life is shaped by intersecting systems of identity and oppression—whether they involve race, gender, sexual orientation, class, or other factors. I work with you to unpack these layers, helping you honor your multifaceted self both personally and professionally.

  • Empathy and Understanding
I know firsthand the weight of caregiving and the vulnerability it takes to seek support as a therapist. You’ll find a space here where you can openly share your struggles without judgment and feel fully affirmed.

  • Collaborative, Personalized Support
Your journey is unique, and your care should reflect that. Whether you’re looking to manage burnout, explore your professional identity, or find a healthier balance between work and life, I’ll tailor our sessions to meet your specific needs.

  • Trauma-Informed Care
Therapists aren’t immune to trauma—whether it’s personal or vicarious. I provide compassionate support and evidence-based tools to help you process these experiences while building resilience.

  • LGBTQIA+ and Sex-Positive Affirmation
If you hold non-traditional identities or relationship structures, I’m here to help you navigate those complexities in your life and work with confidence and affirmation.

  • Professional Insight with Humanity
You deserve care that recognizes your unique stressors as a healer while honoring your humanity. My approach is rooted in understanding the pressures of clinical work and the need for your own healing space.

A Decolonized Framework

Healing isn’t just personal—it’s deeply connected to the historical and systemic forces that shape our mental health. I bring a decolonized lens to therapy, helping you recognize how colonialism, racism, and oppression may influence both your life and your therapeutic practice. What  this means in our work together:

  • Affirmation of Your Identity
You don’t need to leave parts of yourself at the door. We’ll work to integrate your cultural, racial, and spiritual identities into your healing and your practice.

  • Unlearning Harmful Narratives
I’ll help you recognize and dismantle internalized messages from white supremacy and colonialism so you can reclaim your identity with confidence and empowerment.

  • Exploring Power and Privilege
Together, we’ll process the dynamics of power and privilege that may surface in therapeutic relationships, particularly for BIPOC therapists working with marginalized clients.

  • Honoring Ancestral Wisdom
Decolonized therapy invites you to reconnect with ancestral knowledge and cultural traditions that support your self-care and enrich your client work.

  • Fostering Collective Healing
Healing is not meant to be done in isolation. I offer group therapy and consultation opportunities where you can connect with other therapists, build community, and share growth.

Using a collaborative approach, we can co-create a therapeutic space that honors your full humanity while empowering you to do the same for others. Together, we work toward creating more liberated, authentic, and compassionate therapeutic spaces for our communities.

Individual Support Catered to
Mental Health Clinicians

As therapists, we dedicate our lives to supporting others, but the demands of this work can leave us feeling drained, isolated, or disconnected from our sense of purpose. Individual therapy for therapists is designed to provide a safe, affirming space for you to focus on your well-being and personal growth. Whether you are a seasoned professional or new to the field, therapy can help you navigate personal and professional challenges:

Supporting Therapists with Marginalized Identities

For BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, and Latinx therapists, our work  can address the added layers of systemic oppression, tokenism, and identity-based stress that you face. We can celebrate your cultural and community strengths while processing the challenges of working in inequitable systems.

Burnout & Compassion Fatigue

I can help you reconnect with the passion that brought you into this field while maintaining sustainable practices for self-care. I will help you navigate the emotional challenges of caregiving and discover strategies to replenish your energy, set healthy boundaries, and rediscover joy in your work.

Balancing Personal &
Professional  Life

We can cultivate authenticity in your therapeutic relationships while setting boundaries that protect your energy. Together, we’ll develop culturally affirming strategies to maintain balance and focus on what matters most to you beyond work.

Intersection of Personal & Professional Identities

We can collaboratively explore how your role as a therapist intersects with your personal relationships and social identities. We can foster increased awareness of the dynamics of power, privilege, and oppression in your personal and professional relationships.

Navigating Professional Struggles

I will cultivate a nonjudgmental space to process your unique challenges as a therapist, including feelings of imposter syndrome, perfectionism, and professional isolation. Through mindful exploration we can reflect on countertransference dynamics arising in your clinical work.

Vicarious Trauma &
Holding  Space for Others

I will provide a compassionate space where you can process the emotional impact of witnessing pain and trauma in your clients' stories. Together, we will cultivate culturally affirming practices that empower you to support others while protecting your own emotional and mental well-being.
